If you're deciding where to spend pulls or Bond XP, prioritize top to bottom. Crown and Liter are the safest investments in the game—they enable almost every team, so they never sit on the bench. After a universal enabler, secure one strong Burst III carry: Rapi: Red Hood is self-sufficient and slots into most content, while Cinderella: Crystal Wave is the specialist you want for single-target raid bosses.
That said, you don't need to chase every SS unit. A cohesive A-tier team beats a pile of mismatched top-tier Nikkes. If you love a particular unit, build her—Nikke's content is forgiving enough that investment and synergy matter more than raw rank for everything short of leaderboard raid scores.
