Raid Shadow Legends tier list — best champions ranked
Raid: Shadow Legends — Pexels

Last updated: September 17, 2026. This list ranks champions on overall value across the areas that matter most for progression — Clan Boss, Arena, Hydra, and Doom Tower — rather than raw stats on a single ability. A champion earns S tier by carrying multiple content types or by being effectively irreplaceable in one of them. Keep in mind that Raid is a wide game: plenty of champions outside S tier are best-in-slot for a specific boss or dungeon, so read the "Best by area" section before you write anyone off.

Raid: Shadow Legends tier list

Tier Champions
S Marichka the Unbreakable · Alaz the Sunbearer · Lydia the Deathsiren · Mithrala Lifebane · Duchess Lilitu · Arbiter · Krisk the Ageless · Siphi the Lost Bride · Yumeko
A Deacon Armstrong · Coldheart · Uugo · Helicath · Demytha · Warlord · Lady Kimi · Wukong · Brogni · Pythion · Toshiro the Bloody · Ninja · Seer
B Geomancer · Maneater · Pain Keeper · Stag Knight · Shamael · Lyssandra · Drexthar Bloodtwin · Mordecai
C Kael · Elhain · Athel · Galek · Coffin Smasher · Warmaiden · Apothecary

A champion's real value depends on the content area you're pushing and how far along your account is. A B-tier pick that hard-counters your current wall is worth more to you today than an S-tier legendary you can't gear yet.

Best by area

  • Clan Boss: Demytha and Maneater anchor the two most reliable Unkillable setups, Pain Keeper extends and layers buffs, and Krisk the Ageless plus Toshiro the Bloody push top-chest damage. Geomancer still tops damage charts with HP Burn.
  • Arena (offense/defense): Arbiter is the classic 30% speed-aura lead; Siphi the Lost Bride and Lady Kimi control turn meter and tempo on offense. Duchess Lilitu is the premier defensive support with team-wide veil, revive, and block debuffs.
  • Hydra: Warlord is near-mandatory for his cooldown increase, Yumeko is the best debuffer in the mode, and AoE HP Burn from Drexthar Bloodtwin and Mordecai covers key rotations.
  • Doom Tower / Faction Wars: Ninja delivers huge single-target damage with freeze, Seer clears waves with her unique Karma Burn, and Coldheart chips bosses with turn-meter-based damage. Duchess Lilitu keeps faction teams alive across floors.

How to read this tier list

Spend your resources — Legendary/Void books, Chaos Ore, top gear — from the top down, but weight toward what unblocks you next. On a young account, farmable and easily accessible champions like Coldheart, Warmaiden, Coffin Smasher, and even your starter (Kael, Elhain, Athel, Galek) will carry you through the campaign and early dungeons long before an S-tier legendary is ready. Book the champion you actually field every day first; save premium books for kits that transform when maxed (revivers, speed leads, and Unkillable enablers). Rarity is not a priority list — a fully geared A-tier support out-earns a naked legendary every time.

Methodology & updates

Placements follow the consensus of long-standing Raid resources — HellHades, Ayumilove, and Game8 — cross-checked against community results rather than any single opinion. Because the roster grows every month, tiers shift as new champions release and existing kits get rebalanced. We re-check this list on each meaningful patch and champion drop, so treat it as a living guide rather than a fixed ranking.
